Seine Whiskysammlung im Restaurant ist grandios und sein LaddieSnug die beeindruckenste Sammlung an Abfüllungen aus dem Hause Bruichladdich, die ich je gesehen habe. Seine Sammlung an Valinches ist weltweit einzigartig . . . und darüber hinaus . . . es gibt dort ausgezeichnetes Essen.
Mein absoluter Favorit: der Octomore Burger. Das Fleisch für den Burger stammt von der Octomore Farm bei Bruichladdich und in der BBQ-Sauce verwendet er Octomore (den am stärksten getorften Whisky der Welt aus dem Hause Bruichladdich). Zum Nachtisch müsst ihr unbedingt "Sticky Toffee" essen.
